Celine Klum
Founder & CEO
Celine Klum is the Founder & CEO of Prism Learning and a Marketing student at Drake University. Through her experience with Secured2 and Minnesota Aurora FC, she has built a background in marketing, business strategy, technology, and communication.
The idea for Prism came from Celine’s own experience as a student. She saw how overwhelming it could be to take notes, presentations, readings, and other materials and turn them into something actually useful for studying. That experience inspired her to create a learning platform that could make the process simpler, more organized, and more personal.
Today, Celine is focused on growing Prism Learning into a platform that helps both students and organizations turn trusted materials into effective, personalized, and secure learning experiences.
Daren Klum
Co-Founder | CEO of Secured2
Daren Klum is the Co-Founder of Prism Learning and CEO of Secured2. He is a technologist, inventor, and entrepreneur with deep experience across cybersecurity, enterprise technology, and business growth. Throughout his career, he has helped build and scale companies including Time Warner Telecom, Digital River, and Gartner.
Daren is also the creator of Secured2’s patented QuantaMorphic® security technology and holds more than 60 patents across hardware, software, communications, and Internet infrastructure. His experience spans both developing breakthrough technology and turning innovative ideas into successful businesses.
At Prism Learning, Daren helps guide business strategy, technology, and security as the platform grows. His experience building and scaling technology companies plays an important role in Prism’s mission to create a personalized learning platform built with security, trust, and long-term growth in mind.
